Do you have a physical store?
At the moment, we operate exclusively online. However, we do offer free same-day pickup for eligible orders, making it easy and convenient to receive your purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Orders placed before 10:30 AM except on Tuesdays are processed the same day. Orders placed after 10:30 AM will be processed on the next business day.
Do you offer same-day pickup?
Yes! Orders placed before 10:30 AM except on Tuesdays qualify for free same-day pickup at Mall Plaza, Half-Way Tree between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM.
What are your delivery rates?
- Kingston: JMD $800 & up (varies based on your location)
- Portmore: JMD $1,500
- Spanish Town: JMD $1,500
Do you ship islandwide?
Yes. We offer islandwide shipping through Knutsford Express and Zipmail.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. However, exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
How do I request an exchange?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via email or phone, and our team will guide you through the exchange process.
How do I know what size to order?
Sizing information is available on each product page. If you need additional assistance, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
