Returns & Exchanges

Sometimes things don’t work out – we’re happy to accept returns within 48 hrs if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order. 

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging attached

Please note that we do not offer refunds. Once an item meets our exchange requirements, we will gladly assist you with selecting an alternative item of equal value.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

For hygiene reasons, WHITE CLOTHING, sale items, accessories, and intimate wear are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
